Recipes for each baking item can be entered and maintained using AZO Kastor data management. This also applies to order data. The produc- tion is perfectly prepared and all data are entered. AZO control system also supports the baker with routine tasks and helps to document daily activities automatically – the master baker can focus on baking while the AZO system handles the paperwork.
