has added
assays for vegan and Halal testing to its successful Thermo Scientific Rapid Finder Meat and Fish ID Kit range, allowing food testing laboratories to provide confidence in both regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
 Providing sensitive markets with confidence and brand protection within existing workflows with new, sensitive vegan and Halal food te- sting assays has expanded its existing RapidFinder Meat ID Kit range in re- sponse to food trends and market conditions.
