Artisan: Starting from 2018 Chinese baking artisans gained championship of many worldwi- de competitions like the World Skills Competition, IBA-UIBC- CUP, UIBC Junior World Cham- pionship of Confectioners, and Coupe du Monde de la Boulan- gerie, etc. It is hoped that more people would love to bake and acquires baking skills.
