Meeting in the land of dragons
Organized by China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Indus- try (CABCI) and Bakery China Exhibi- tions Co., Ltd., Bakery China is entering its 23rd edition in 2021. The event was earlier planned from 21st to 24th July 2020 at National Exhibition and Con- vention Center (NECC), Shanghai and was rescheduled considering the cur-
rent ambiguous situation. The event will now be held from 27th to 30th April at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Shanghai.
First launched in 1997, Bakery Chi- na has been serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market in the Asia Pacific region. The event presents all range of ingredient,
equipment, packaging and services, and enables global leading professio- nals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thin- king on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications and related services for bakery industry. Over 2,300 exhibi- tors and 230,000 visitors from all over the world are expected.
