Invenda’s New Outdoor Machine
Invenda Group AG: On a global expansion spree
Invenda Group AG was able to con- vince more investors with its growth strategy in 2021 and is expanding its board of directors to include well- known business shareholders such as the former Emmi CEO and Head of M- Industry at Migros Walter Huber and the Financial Specialist Gregor Greber.
“Our goal was to collect 3 million francs by the end of 2021, now the amount is more than twice as high. This shows that we are on the right track with Invenda and that our do- nors believe in the future of automat- ed retail,” said Founder and CEO Jon Brezinski. His business develops and sells smart software and hardware for vending machines, smart kiosks and digital signage in fourteen countries.
Two of the new investors will sit on the board of directors. The former Emmi CEO and Head of M-Industry at Migros Walter Huber and the Finan- cial Specialist Gregor Greber have a lot of experience in the food and re- tail sector. Also, Philippe Gaydoul has

participated in the financing round. Mutschler Venture Capital, Hug Bäck- erei AG and the Calida Founders, the Palmers family, are still there.
No coincidence
The interest in Invenda is no coinci- dence: Invenda’s innovation power made in Switzerland ranges from the patented touchless snack vending machine, which can be operated contactlessly from A to Z, through various features in the pro- motional area and in gamification to a crypto payment system. Several large or- ders - the Mars USA Group ordered two thousand Invenda sales machines this year - are also fueling the appetite for investment. “We want to use the money to expand our largest market, the USA,” said Brezinski.
Achieving greater things
The cash grants are seen as a vote of confidence by Swiss investors. Here, the European quality management is used and all figures and strategic con-
siderations are disclosed. “I am fully convinced of Invenda’s technical ap- proach and look forward to seeing how the highly qualified and dynamic team grows and achieves great things.” says Walter Huber.
Showcasing smart machines
The move of the headquarters to larger office space with a showroom in Alpnach / Obwalden comes at just the right time. In the building of the Start-up Pilatus Association, Invenda meets unlimited innovative strength and globally active companies with the same spirit. In addition, the products and technologies can finally be brought to life with the showroom. Because of this, the retail visionary Jon Brezinski is certain, has to be experienced live. Intuitive software that manages the inventory and the products in the ma- chine, AI-based promotions and games as well as a huge touchscreen, moving images and interaction lead to a com- pletely new shopping experience.
